Years in the making, brothers Michael & Victor and lifelong friend Saul have created the answer to your dining experience equipped with seasonal and contemporary culinary selections. Sip, Sample, & Savor, scrumptious offerings available until the wee hours of the night from our late night food and signature drink menus. Chef Victor M. Cabezas is a graduate of the renowned French Culinary Institute in SoHo and hometown university, Rutgers. An accomplished chef, having excelled in formidable New York City and New Jersey restaurants has been described as innovatively fusing multiple "Tastes" on one plate that are sure to satisfy.
